I have wide feet, a high instep and bunions. (TMI? Sorry!) Yay me! So it's an understatement to say that I have problems finding shoes. I've been wanting to make some bunny silhouette art for awhile now. So that is exactly what I did today. I wanted a BEWARE sign for my front fence. Yesterday, I was out shopping with  mom looking for new dining chairs (for her). I found this style that I really liked and said I'd want something like this if I was buying new chairs. It's no secret that I love to spray paint things. I figured why not spray paint fruit. Not real fruit, of course. Sometimes, I just love to look at photos of beautiful rooms and daydream about what it'd be like to have these rooms or have the money to do this kind of thing in my home. Edited to add that this story has taken a turn for the worse. I thought this story was blog worthy since I do love to yard sale and all... A woman bought this LeBron pendant at a yard sale for $5... Why is all of this junk piled in my living room??!! Tomorrow we are having a yard sale. Look at all those hangers I found in the basement! :) There is more stuff up in the kids' room and my bed is  piled high. I've had to sleep on the couch two nights in a row.  So wish me luck. I planted a little veggie garden this year. It's the first time I've ever had one myself. It looks like it's doing really well so far. I planted cucumbers, green peppers, spaghetti squash and zucchini (my favorite).  My yard needs to be mowed and the garden needs to be weeded so please disregard that. :) Zucchini plant... Layla is 7 months old now. I love it when she makes this face. We call it her chipmunk face... She wasn't too sure about the grass... I wish I could take credit for these photos but I can't. A mom of one of Rhiannon's classmates (and a nice friend of mine) took them at the 4th grade picnic. So did I get a smile out of you? :)

We've all smelled mildew before, right? It has to be one of the STINKIEST smells around. *gag* I have an older model top loading washer. It works great. It was here when we moved in a year and a half ago. I don't think it's too old, it was in good shape it just needed a little cleaning so I scrubbed it out when we moved in. Since then, I have regularly wiped it out and sprayed it with OdoBan.

May 12th was my last blog post. I haven't done any exciting projects. I have been very L.A.Z.Y. Layla turned 6 months old on May 12th so that means in just 10 days she will be 7 months old.  She now weighs 15 lbs. 8 oz. (I think that's what they said today) and she is 26 1/2" long. She isn't very big - 50th percentile for both weight and length.  The little booger is trying to crawl already. She
